Who handles your data

What data we receive
Only what you give us: your name, email address, company name and message when you book a call or write to us. If you send us example orders, they may also contain details about your customers.
What we use it for
To arrange the call, answer your enquiry and assess whether our service suits you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising or train AI models on your examples. This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Who else may see it
Only the providers we need to operate: website hosting and forms (Netlify), and email and calendar (Google). They process data only on our instructions. Where data leaves the EU, the EU standard contractual clauses apply.
How long we keep it
While we are in touch, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact if we don’t start working together. Example orders are deleted once we no longer need them for the assessment, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@arxiot.eu and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
